Bacon Wrapped Dates
20-30 large pitted dates
1 pound thin bacon – each strip cut in thirds
Blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Stuff each date with cheese, secure date, wrap in bacon
Secure with toothpick and place on baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes
Turn the dates
Bake for 5-10 more minutes (until bacon is cooked evenly
Serve warm or at room temperature
