3-4 cups sliced strawberries
1 graham cracker crust
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 3oz. package of strawberry gelatin
- Arrange sliced strawberries in pie crust
- On stovetop, combine water, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat until dissolved. Bring to a boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour mixture over strawberries and chill 2-3 hours until set.
